Good location, easy access to MRT, just next to it. Lot of food and close to Creek. Big comfortable bed

Worst experience

The only good thing about this hotel is it's location. The hotel itself is bad, as soon as you enter the building you are greeted with a fowl smell, they don't clean their rooms even if you request, they don't change linen, their bathrooms are filthy dirty, they don't fill up toiletries on time, there is a club which is a floor below which will be playing all night long, you can hardly sleep because of the music.

Hotel to avoid

This hotel is really horrible and above all disgusting, I don't know where to start, already the staff at reception don't even bother talking to you about it, they are really unprofessional, unpleasant and above all they are not looking for solutions your problem, the smell at the entrance to the hotel is really horrible, we had the misfortune of having a room on the eighth floor when we got off the elevator it stank of sweat and another unbearable smell as a result I said to myself that maybe it's just in the hallway, when I got to the room it's exactly the same or even worse, in terms of hygiene it's really catastrophic, the shower is really dirty with weird marks, the mattress is horrible really not a mattress made for human beings and the worst is that I found the cover dirty with black marks so for me it was not even cleaned or washed and unfortunately for me I came face to face with a cockroach so in this hotel I really saw everything.
In short, I really don't recommend it!!
To fleerrrrrrrrr!!!!

Convenient place

It is located in a convenient place to metro station and market, room is average ,but bathrooms has water leaking issues, though it is informed to front office it was not fixed. Other than that all ok....................................
